An adjustable rate mortgage based on the LIBOR index where your interest rate changes every six (6) months.  The margin on your loan will not change throughout the term however your payments will be adjusted every six months  to reflect the new interest rate.

One Year Libor Loan

An adjustable rate mortgage based on the LIBOR index where your interest rate changes annually.  The margin on your loan will not change throughout the term however your payments will be adjusted annually  to reflect the new interest rate.

3 Year LIBOR ARM

The interest rate is fixed for the first three (3) years of the loan term.  After this period your payments and interest rate will usually change annually based on your margin and the current LIBOR index.

5 Year LIBOR ARM

The interest rate is fixed for the first five years (5) of the loan term.  After this period your payments and interest rate will usually change annually based on your margin and the current LIBOR index.

7 Year LIBOR ARM

The interest rate is fixed for the first seven (7) years of the loan term.  After this period your payments and interest rate will usually change annually based on your margin and the current LIBOR index.

10 Year LIBOR ARM

The interest rate is fixed for the first  ten (10) years of the loan term.  After this period your payments and interest rate will usually change annually based on your margin and the current LIBOR index.
